Product Description
Titanium sheet is a vector metal sheet after processing, which is usually used in medical, aerospace, military, people's livelihood and health care industries.
It has high mechanical strength, weight bearing, small specific gravity, high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, less thermal conductivity than other metals, and good biocompatibility.
Its equilibrium potential is very low and its thermodynamic corrosion tendency in medium is large. But in fact, titanium is very stable in many media, such as oxidizing, neutral and weak reducing media.
The irregular vector pattern with an accuracy of 1% mm was fabricated on titanium mesh by using ultrasonic wave and optical platform in Shanghai silder lithography micro casting laboratory.
