Under the action of the electric field at high pressure, electrons from the saw teeth tip of the negative electrode move rapidly towards the positive electrode, colliding with the gas molecules and ionizing them. When the lampblack exhaust gas passes through the high-voltage electronic cell , the lampblack particles collide and capture gas ions in a very short time, resulting in electric charge. Under the action of electric field force, they move towards the positive dust collector, thus achieving the separation effect. This kind of equipment has the advantages of low investment, small footprint, no secondary pollution and low operating cost. As it is easy to catch dust with small particle size, the purification efficiency is high, up to 85~96%. The difference between its purification mechanism and gas method is that i separation force is electrostatic force, which acts on particles directly rather than on airflow, so it has the characteristics of low energy consumption and small resistance.
