Peristaltic pump principle and advantages
Peristaltic Pump also called peristaltic hose pump, the actual pumping principle is peristalsis.It is based on squeezing and releasing the hose or tube alternately , then tube forming negative pressure to transfer the liquid. The liquid doesn’t touch Pump body, to avoid cross infection; also transfer with high accuracy, so it is widely used in many industries, such as Scientific research, pharmacy, Chemical, Food, Printing etc. Along with the improvement of the tube, the pump also used to transport some special liquid (strong acid, alkali, organic solvent etc.)

The DC2-1BD filling machine is independently driven by a two-step motor
2 channels independently control the flow rate, and 2 potentiometer knobs adjust the flow rate respectively
