We provide a one-year warranty.

- We offer some free consumable parts with the machine.
- We provide lifetime free telephone consultation, remote video guidance, to find the cause of the malfunction, and trying to solve it.
- During the warranty period, free repairs as long as customer bear the freight of the machine, free spare parts could be provided as well.
- In case of expired the warranty period, the clients bear the freight of the machine, spare parts cost and man-hour cost
