EVVA will be responsible for replacing the batteries against defects during shipment for 10 days from the date batteires are received by you. Any other problem caused by malfunction of the equipment or mix-use of the batteries is not under this warranty.

A. Is your battery quality approved?
Q: Yes, we guarantee that all cells we use are quality guaranteed. And we will have full inspection of each cells and grouping them before assembling into battery packs. And all finished battery packs will be under a full inspection before shipment

A: What is the difference on your battery compared with most of other flashlight battery on the market?
Q: We use high-end materials including battery cells and PCM. 

a. Battery cell brands: Panasonic, Sanyo, Samsung, LG Chem, Vappower, etc.

b. Seiko IC on the PCM

c. At least 2pcs of Mosfets on the PCM which can allow higher discharge current. Most of the batteries on the market only have 1pcs of Mosfet.

d. Gold-coated PCM buttom. Most of the batteries on the market have steel PCM buttom. 

e. PET material for the battery wrapper instead of PVC. PVC is hard and cheap and can easily break when dropping to the floor.

A: what is your lead time if I placed an order?
Q: For protected battery pack, we don't prepare stock. So it would take probably 3-5 working days for our factory to process the order including assembling, testing and packaging.
