Fermentase APS is a high concentrated Acid Protease derived from refined Aspergillus niger through cultivation and submerged
fermentation technique.Fermentase APS hydrolyzes proteins efficiently under low pH conditions.
Used in ethanol/alcohol production, it improves ethanol fermentation rates and increase ethanol yield for corn, milo or wheat
based substrates. It provides more essential yeast nutrients by hydrolyzing gross protein into amino acids, peptides and free
amino nitrogen.
