1. Propylene glycol is an important raw material for unsaturated polyesters, epoxy resins, polyurethane resins, plasticizers, and surfactants. It is widely used as moisture absorbent, antifreeze, lubricant and solvent in the food, medicine and cosmetic industries. .
2. Used in organic synthesis, used as solvent, dehydrating agent, plasticizer, antifreeze agent, gas chromatography stationary liquid.
