Q: Are you a manufacturing or trading company?

A: We are a glass manufacturing company.  

Q: Can you do customized design and size samples?    

A: Yes, we could do customized sample based on your design.  

Q: How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?

A: When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details such as size, product capacity, logo requirements and order quantity. If you have the drawing, please feel free to send us.

Q: Can I have some samples before mass production?A: Sure. In order to make sure the best quality and meet your requirement, we will make final samples for your approval.  

Q: How long is your sample lead time and production lead time?    

A: Customized samples: 5-7 days after artwork confirmed. Production lead time: 20-30 days after samples confirmed.       

Q: What’s your payment term?

A: For sample order, we prefer 100% payment before production. For mass production order, 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery.
