Q: Should i have to supply my own artwork or can you design it for me?
A: It will be best if you can send us your own artwork based on PEF/AI/JPEG or any picture format to us. If really not, even just an idea, or a rough drawing, our professional designer will help you work out within a few days.

A: Yes, we offer pre-production samples with only a mold charge. Sampling takes approximately
7-10 days and mass production another 10-15 business days. Please allow enough time for production.

A: Yes, We offer 100% quality guarantee. For improper production, we will either refund you the money, or rapidly remake the products for you.
Q: What if my shipment get lost or stolen?
A: We strive to help in case something goes wrong. We will do our best to locate a delayed or missing parcel and in case after a reasonable time we are not able to locate it, we will re-ship your items at no cost for you, no questions asked.
