Thermal Vacuum Chambers/ Analog System of Space Environment
For satellite and spacecraft in a vacuum, cold black and solar radiation environment. Through digesting and absorbing the European advanced manufacturing technology and craft, ATEC developed and launched the space environment simulation system HVT series thermal vacuum test chamber. ATEC uses the advanced heat sink temperature control mode in order to make its temperature uniformity, good conductivity, and fully meet the space test standard.
Working vacuum: better than 5x10A (temperature, full load 100KG of aluminum)
Pressure change rate (normal temperature, full load of 100KG aluminum) the whole buck rate is controllable and adjustable:
From normal pressure to 3000Pa, the average rate ≦10kPa/min
From normal pressure to 3000Pa to 10Pa, the average rate ≦200kPa/min
From normal pressure to 35x10-4Pa, ≦40min
Rapid blood pressure reduction: from normal pressure to 10kPa, ≦1.5min
Load: about 100kg aluminum
