Scraper chain
Scraper chain is the main working parts of En-masse conveyor. Material's conveying efficiency has great relationship with its type. We call the complete cycle as traction. The components which move material attached to the chain is scraper. Scraper chain is made up of different scrapers and different chains. It‘s the carrying traction components of En-masse conveyor. The chain is made from alloy steel links with 40Cr, 20CrMnTi.
Middle section
The level middle section, the vertical middle section and the lower horizontal section are all closed around metal shell. Vertical type is made up of the vertical middle section and the lower horizontal section. Z-level type is made up of the upper and the lower horizontal section and the vertical middle section. The horizontal level type only have the middle section. For instance, RMSM80 is horizontal level type which only have the middle section. According to the conveying length, each En-masse conveyor has many middle sections.
Head section
The head is the power input portion of En-Masse conveyor. Head is make up of head shaft, head wheel, shell, bearings and other components. Power transmit through a chain of off-type input head. Head wheel is driven by head shaft which bring the chain scraper to convey the material. Or the head is driven directly by the electric motor and gear, also run the belt after deceleration, which mainly prevent overload to ensure safety. The mood can be chosen.
Tail section
The tail shell contains the tail wheel and the chain tension adjustment device. Scraper chains from the tail wheel to the head wheel form a closed chain loop. The tail wheel is fasten to the tail wheel shaft which is fixed on both sides of the movable bearing seat which is connected with the adjust screw. Tail tension device has push and pull as two adjustment methods . Pull type has the simple screw structure and screw tension spring structure. Simple screw tension structure is generally used while conveying the heat materials or for a long conveyor distance, the gravity and spring tension structure is a better choice.
