HCH series heat conduction sealant is a low viscosity silicone sealant with good fluidity and stability. After mixing, it can be cured at room temperature or heated. The higher the temperature is, the faster the curing speed will be. This series of products do not produce any by-products in the curing reaction process, with minimal shrinkage, repairability and deep curing into elastomers. In a wide range of temperature and humidity changes, long-term and reliable protection of sensitive circuits and components, with excellent electrical insulation performance, can withstand environmental pollution, to avoid stress and vibration and moisture and other environmental factors caused by damage to the product, especially for the sealing material requirements heat dissipation of good products. This series of products have excellent physical and chemical resistance.
