room. In addition, the spraying department is equipped with a fully automatic three-coat and three-bake  465-meter oil injection

FAQ About moulds

Q1: What kind of mould do you do?

We mainly produce precision plastic mouds, and we also make outsourcing production for silicone, die-casting or stamping molds according to customer requirements.

Q2: What is your position in the mould market? What are your well-known customers?

 In the middle and high-end precision mould market, 80% of our domestic molds are processed through long-term cooperation with first-line brands, such as Alibaba, Baidu, Xiaomi, TCL, Gree, Himalaya, Edifier... In the overseas market such as Japan's Softbank, Japan's Audio-Technical, Teufel in Germany, Razer in the United States etc.

Q3: What information do I need to provide you before making a product?

3D mold opening drawing files, key dimension drawing files in 2D format and mold opening BOM tables (including product process description / drawing files).

Q4 What type of documents (drawings) does your engineering department accept?

Through our CAD system, we can accept the following files: STP, IGS, DXF, DWG, X_T, part files, etc.

Q5: What kind of steel do you use for plastic moulds?

Most of our mould use LKM. Soft moulds for S136, SKD61, or any kind of steel specified by the customer or popular in the market, such as: 8407, DIN1.2344, etc. S136H, 718H, 738HH, NAk80 etc. are used for hard mold.

Q6: Can you provide steel certificate and heat treatment certificate?

Yes, we can provide proof of steel or hardness.

Q7: What is the accuracy of the mold you can provide?

The mold precision of our mold processing can reach+ 0.02mm, and the equipment precision can reach + 0.005m.

Q8 What is the production cycle of injection molds?

Determine the production cycle of the mold according to the structure of the product. Under normal circumstances, the normal production time of the soft mold is 15-20 days, and the hard mold: the production time is 20-30 days. We have reached an agreement with the customer that the materials (injection products) can be mass produced in one week, and the mass production of the appearance process is 10-15 days. If you need to expedite, please explain in advance.

Q9: Do you provide spare parts for customers?

Yes, if the customer needs or requests, we will provide spare parts (wearable parts) for the mold.

Q10 How do you package plastic molds?

We use thick wooden boxes for plastic molds. There are three main steps. Step 1: Apply anti-rust oil to the whole body of the mold. Step 2: We wrap the mold tightly with a thin plastic film to avoid moisture. Step 3: We put the plastic film packaging mold in a wooden box.

Q11 What will you do before mass production to ensure the smooth progress of later mass production?

Before each mass production, we will have a series of proofing trial production such as ALPHA1.0, ALPH2.0, BETA1.0, BETA2.0, etc. to verify the product structure and function, use APQP (FMEA, CPK, FAI, GRR, CFK, SPC) PPAP guarantees the smooth progress of later mass production.

Q12 How many injection mouldings machines do you have and what brand? Can you make a two-color mold?

We have 125 injection molding machines, 10 imported from Toyo, and 115 from Haitian. We have 5 two-color injection molding machines. 65% of the injection molding machines were purchased in 2018, 20% were purchased in 2016, and 10% were purchased in 2019. All injection molding machines are equipped with five-axis automatic manipulators to truly realize safe, orderly and efficient modern production.

Q13 What is the minimum and maximum unit weight and size of plastic products that your machine can produce?

The weight of parts produced by our machine ranges from 0.1 g to 1000 g. The minimum size of products that our machine can produce is 0.3mm * 0.2mm * 0.2mm (L*W*H). The maximum size is 300mm * 160 * 180mm (L*W*H).

Q14 What is your supplier of plastic raw materials? What plastic materials do you usually use?

We usually use raw materials provided by LG, Sanyo, Sabic, or suppliers specified by customers. We use PP, ABS, PC, POM, PA, HDPE, HIPE, PS, AS, PBT, PET, PMMA, PVC and other injection raw materials

Q15 Can you do surface treatment of injection products, such as screen printing, laser engraving, electroplating?

Our factory has a 10,000-level dust-free workshop of about 5,000 square meters, providing customers with one-stop full-process services such as laser engraving, silk screen printing, UV coating, water-based spraying, and hot melt assembly.

Q16 What is your defect rate? How do you deal with bad products?

Our defect rate is 2%: If the product is defective, we will strictly look for the cause, issue a corresponding report to you, rework or re-production, all expenses incurred will be paid by ourselves.

Q17 What quality assurance do you have?

Our factory establishes a professional product laboratory with its own 1.0 and 2.0 ROHs test chamber, RCA abrasion test, constant temperature and humidity tester, melt index tester, torque tester, saltwater spray tester, standard light source tester, surface performance Tester, pull-out force tester, drum tester. The product testing room has SEREIN three-dimensional and 2.5-dimensional automatic image testing instruments, two secondary elements, film thickness gauges, etc., which can provide professional FAI, CPK, etc. reports for customers

Q18 Do you provide samples? Is it free?

A: Yes, we can provide samples for free, but you need to pay the freight.

Q19 Can you send plastic molds or plastic products to our factory?

Yes, we have cooperated with many international logistics companies and can directly deliver the goods to the customer's factory
