The principle of the pasteurizer is to take advantage of the fact that pathogens in food are not heat-resistant, and to treat them with appropriate temperature and heat preservation time to kill harmful microorganisms. After treatment, a small portion of beneficial and more heat-resistant strains are still retained. It can achieve the purpose of sterilization without harming food quality.
After the milk is processed by a short-term pasteurization machine, the nutrients in the milk will be retained as much as possible, immune protein, lactoferrin, etc. can survive, and water-soluble vitamin B group and vitamin C can also be retained as much as possible .
