2,Automatic Oil Dispensing System

The oil dispensing system will automatically turned on when the cutting head is pressed down. The greater the pressure, the faster the flow of oil to assist glass cutting. For beginners, it is difficult to control the strength and there would be a large amount of oil leakage. You can practice cutting without adding oil at the beginning, gently wipe the wheel with a cotton bud or small cloth dipped with oil, and then cut the glass. When the oil is insufficient, you could wipe more timese.

4,Metal Ball Head

Gently tap the glass with it after cutting, and break the glass easily. The rubber gasket equipped prevents oil from leaking.

How to Cut

1,Unscrew the metal ball and add a few drops of oil into the handle, which will make cutting more fluent.

2,Measure with a ruler and make clear marks as you wish to cut with a mark pen.

3,Hold glass cutter firmly, keep the handle & glass at the angle of 40°-60°.

4,Place the cutter on the glass and cut it along the line as marked. When pressure is applied an automatic oil dispensing system keeps the wheel lubricated every time you cut.

5,Place the cutter under the glass, and align the metal ball head with the cutting line.

6,Put your thumbs on either side of the cutting line, and press down to separate the glass along the line.

Notes:

Need to be operated on a flat surface. It's better to try it a couple of times on a scrap piece of glass for practice.
Please wear clear safety glasses and protective gloves while cutting.
Cold glass is harder to work with. You are recommended to get your glass closer to room temperature, which makes it easier to work with.
