Product application scope:
Qjb-w sludge reflux pump is a new product developed on the basis of submersible mixer production technology. The pump is a special equipment for mixed liquid reflux and denitrification denitrification in secondary sewage treatment plant. It can also be used to pump purified water during surface drainage; Irrigation and control waterway systems; In the process of wastewater treatment, places with small head and large flow are required in the recirculation or mud suction circuit.
Service conditions:
1. During continuous operation, the medium temperature is 40 ℃;
2. The pH value of the medium is 6.
3. Greater submergence depth 10m.

Structure introduction:
Specially designed plant components and equipment spare parts enable the sludge return pump to achieve better performance.
1. Cable: special watertight cable is adopted;
2. Junction box: the junction box is totally enclosed and isolated from the surrounding liquid and stator box;
3. Motor: 50Hz squirrel cage 3-phase submersible asynchronous motor, class F insulation, protection grade IP68. The motor is cooled by the surrounding medium;
4. Shaft: the shaft of the motor is made of stainless steel, and the rotor is subject to dynamic balance test;
5. Seal: the static seal is O-ring. The shaft seal is a mechanical seal to isolate the oil chamber from the surrounding medium;
6. Bearing: imported bearing, designed service life up to 100000 hours;
7. Oil chamber: oil is used to lubricate and cool the friction pair of mechanical seal and isolate the penetrant;
8. Impeller: the impeller has three blades, wide and thin, smooth surface, swept back, efficient and unimpeded operation, and has self-cleaning function;
9. Inlet cone tube: the purpose of inlet cone tube is to form a better flow state;
10. Discharge joint: the discharge joint is used to fix the inlet cone pipe on the outlet pipe;
11. Guiding device: the guiding device is composed of two pipes (conduits) and the upper conduit clamp.

3. New sealing materials are adopted, which can operate safely and continuously for more than 10000 hours;

Installation:
1. Correct installation and use is the basic guarantee for the long-term and normal operation of the pump.
2. The sludge return pump adopts an automatic coupling installation system, which can quickly lift the equipment for inspection and maintenance without any mechanical disassembly, and the installation is convenient and fast.
3. Except that the through wall pipe of the equipment needs to be embedded, the guide rod and lifting hanger are connected with the tank body with steel expansion bolts without embedded parts.
4. Embedded parts and flap doors are purchased and installed by users, which should be paid attention to when ordering.
