Q1.Can I have a sample order for your products?A:Sample order is welcome here.Mixed samples are acceptable. We can supply the
sample if we have ready parts in stock, the sample is free but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
Q2.What about the lead time?
A:Most of our products are in stock, 1-3 days for sample or small orders,20-30 days for mass production depending on actual order
size.
Q3.Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?
A:Low MOQ,1PC for sample cheaking is available.
Q4.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:We usually ship by express way like DHL ,UPS , FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are
also optional.

suggestions.Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourly,we arrange the production.

A:Yes.Customization is acceptable when the quantitl of the products you ordered meets our requirements. Please inform us formally
before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7.How to deal with the faulty?
A:All our products are produced in strict quality control system and defective rate will be less than 0.2%.During the guarantee
period,we will send new products for small quantity.For defective batch products,we will repair them and resend them to you or we
can disxuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
