2, Overview of zrtbb complete plant

2.1 overview

Zrtbb type high voltage reactive power automatic compensation device consists of several groups of TBB type automatic compensation cabinets. Each group of automatic compensation cabinet contains vacuum contactor (circuit breaker), discharge coil, current transformer, dry-type air core (or dry-type iron core) reactor with inrush or harmonic resistance, capacitor and corresponding control and protection devices. It is generally an integrated device assembled in one cabinet. It is specially designed and manufactured for places where 6kV and 10kV system load changes greatly in metallurgy, iron and steel, machinery, cement, transportation, chemical industry and other industries.

The complete set of device can be a group of automatic compensation cabinet and a controller, which can be set separately, or two to six groups can share a controller, which is composed of a set of internal bus connected.

2.2 working principle

According to the fuzzy control strategy, the voltage and reactive power of the whole plant are controlled by the controller with high reliability. The capacitor bank is switched by high voltage vacuum switch. When the reactive power value detected by the controller exceeds the setting value, the controller gives the control signal according to the number of stages of the capacitor bank to be put into operation, and automatically closes the high-voltage vacuum switch to put the capacitor bank into operation; When the reactive power of the load is lower than the setting value, the controller will give a control signal to turn off the high voltage vacuum switch, and the capacitor bank will quit working. The above working state is fully automatic.

2) Electrical distance:  minimum clear distance between live parts of 10kV equipment: 0.125m, 6kV equipment

Minimum clear distance between live part and adjacent grounding body: 0.100m

2.7 structural requirements

1) The device is cabinet type, including: vacuum contactor (special vacuum switching switch for capacitor, permanent magnet contactor), shunt capacitor, fuse, reactor (damping resistance), discharge coil, zinc oxide arrester, indicating instrument, relay protection, post insulator, bus, lead wire, steel frame, high voltage cable head, secondary cable terminal room and cabinet door Multi cabinet door electrical and mechanical interlocking locking device and other components. The safe clear distance of each element in the cabinet meets the requirements of "code for design of 3 ~ 110kV High voltage power distribution equipment" (GB 50060-92). 2.8 components

1) Zrtbb type voltage and reactive power integrated regulation controller. On the operation panel of the device, it receives the secondary voltage signal of the transformer secondary bus voltage transformer and the secondary current signal of the current transformer, calculates the reactive power to be compensated, and controls the switching of the capacitor bank.

2) High voltage shunt capacitor: capacitor is the main body of reactive power compensation device, which generates capacitive reactive power

It can compensate the inductive reactive power of the load.

3) Reactor for restraining inrush current or harmonic: dry type air core reactor or cast iron core reactor is used. The latter has the advantages of small volume and small magnetic flux around, so it is suitable to be installed in the cabinet. Its function is to restrain the inrush current or harmonic when the capacitor is switched on, reduce the interference to the power grid or harmonic amplification and the impact and damage to the capacitor.

4) Discharge coil: it is used as the discharge circuit of the capacitor after the capacitor is opened. After discharge, the capacitor can be put into operation again. Otherwise, overvoltage will be generated at both ends of the capacitor when it is put into operation again, which may damage the capacitor. The secondary side of the discharge coil is connected into an open triangle as the zero sequence protection of the capacitor, and the discharge coil can be replaced by a voltage transformer.

5) Zinc oxide arrester: it is used as overvoltage protection.

6) Spray by spray fuse: each capacitor is equipped with a fuse, as the over-current protection of a single capacitor.

7) Current limiting fuse: it is the quick break protection of the whole device.

8) High voltage capacitor switching switch (vacuum contactor or high voltage vacuum circuit breaker): when the total capacity of each group of automatic compensation cabinet is less than or equal to 3000kvar, it is switched by high voltage vacuum contactor. If the total capacity is more than 3000kvar, it is switched by high voltage vacuum circuit breaker. The switching is controlled by zrwkg type voltage and reactive power comprehensive regulation controller.

2.9 main functions

2.10 technical performance

1) Integrated control of voltage and reactive power

a. Realize voltage priority: automatically switch the compensation cabinet according to the voltage quality requirements. When the voltage exceeds the set value, gradually cut off the capacitor bank until the voltage is qualified. When the voltage exceeds the set value, gradually switch on the capacitor bank under the condition of no compensation. Before switching on the capacitor, first inquire whether the voltage exceeds the high limit, and then decide whether to switch on the capacitor to avoid frequent action. Keep the bus voltage within the specified range.

b. Automatic reactive power compensation: according to the principle of voltage priority, according to the actual reactive power required by the system, automatically switch capacitor compensation cabinet group, reactive power under compensation gradually switch capacitor group (according to the measurement of reactive power); Step by step cut the capacitor bank without power over compensation. The system is always in the state of no over-voltage, less over compensation, under compensation and minimum reactive power loss.

2) Operation record and voltage detector function (optional function)

3) Comprehensive insurance function

b. The whole set of equipment can operate continuously under the effective value of 1.3 times of the rated current.

4.1 transportation

5, Installation and operation

5.1 installation

1) When the device is installed, open the packing box to check whether the components in the box are complete. The acceptance shall be conducted according to the acceptance items specified in the technical conditions of each component.

2) The installation personnel shall install the device in place according to the company's infrastructure drawing, check whether the cabinet is flat, and check whether the cabinet sequence is correct. After confirming that the cabinet appearance is in order, the sequence is correct, and the grounding is good, the internal assembly and debugging shall be carried out by the company's personnel.

3) The device has been installed before leaving the factory. Considering the safety and weight of components and other factors, the reactor and capacitor have been removed and packed separately during delivery. When the goods are delivered to the manufacturer, the company will send someone to guide the installation and check the integrity of the whole cabinet. The manufacturer is requested to sign after acceptance.

4) The capacitor name plate on the capacitor cabinet should face outward to facilitate the inspection of the staff.

5.2 operation

1) First, connect the control power supply (dc220v / dc110v) of the whole set of device.

2) Set the change-over switch of the complete cabinet to the manual position to exit automatically; Set to auto position, manual exit.

3) At this time, the indicator light and controller on the panel of the whole set of device should display normally.

4) (close the relevant isolating switch).

5) Turn on the high voltage power.

5.3 commissioning

1. Inspection before commissioning

(1) check whether the installed electrical components are consistent with the design configuration

(2) whether the color sequence and installation structure of busbar meet the standard

(3) check whether the electrical clearance and creepage distance of the device meet the standard

(4) check whether the installation screws of cabinet structure and components are all tight

(5) check whether all primary and secondary thread ends are fastened

(6) According to the design drawings, check whether the safety distance of primary equipment is enough (12.5cm).

2. Insulation resistance

(1) whether the phase to phase and phase to ground (2500 megohm) live display device can work normally.

(2) secondary circuit (500 megohm).

3. Withstand voltage test

(1) phase to phase and phase to ground (according to the actual voltage level and standard, the time is one minute)

(2) secondary circuit (2000 V, 10 seconds)

4. Add rated operating voltage for debugging

(1) check if there is any fault in the secondary circuit, and all secondary devices (such as instruments, indicator lights and lamps)

Button, intermediate relay, voltage relay, vacuum contactor, etc.) can work normally.

(2) manual opening and closing circuit: under the condition that the secondary circuit is not short circuited, the rated secondary power supply is added for opening and closing (the transfer switch is in the manual position). If the opening and closing can be carried out smoothly and the opening and closing indicator can work normally, it means that there is no fault in the opening and closing circuit; If the switch cannot be opened or closed, the secondary device fault on the circuit shall be eliminated first, and then the circuit fault shall be eliminated according to the drawing
