3. What is your regular delivery time of the order?
Sample:1-3 working days
Order: 7-15 days(exact time depends on your order quantity)
4. Can you provide the service of OEM and ODM?
Yes, we are the factory, so OEM and ODM service are provided with our customers.
5. If I send an inquiry to you, how long can I get the reply?
We normally will reply you within 24 hours on workdays, 48 hours on weekend.
6. What are your regular payment methods and payment terms?
We can accept: T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Moneygram, Alibaba trade assurance, L/C.
Our regular payment terms are: 30% deposit, the balance before shipment or B/L copy, for the old customers, we always provide the best payment terms to them, if you have any special requirements, please kindly contact us for the best solution.
7. How will you send the samples or order to us?
For sample, we will use the DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS or other international express
For order, we normally ship the small order by international express or airplane, bulk order will be shipped by sea or airplane,if you have any ideas, please also kindly let us know.
8. Can I get any discount?
The price is negotiable, some discounts can be offered according to your order quantity, and bulk order always get the lowest price. What's more, we always have several times promotions per year.
