Q2:Could you do design for us?

A2:Yes, as per customer information & requirement, we could offer customized sizes, printing ,logo ,etc.

Q3:What's your production lead time?

A3:If we have stock, it is will be soon. Normally 2-3 weeks upon receiving 30% deposit by T/T. Depend on actual quantity.(we could discuss case to case)

Q4:Can you provide samples & its delivery time?

A4:Yes, several pcs samples for free, but customer need to undertake the freight.

It takes about 3-5 days to produce samples, if your request is not common used.

Q5:What's your trade term?

A5:Ex-work, FOB Shanghai or Nantong, CIF & CNF (pls advise the discharge port), etc.

Q6: When can I get the quotation ?

A6: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation. Please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.

Q7:What’s your payment method?

A7:T/T or L/C.

Q8:What is your minimum quantity order?

A8:Usually our MOQ is 2000 square meters for per size, but we will recommend you to order by a 20GP or 40FT container to saving the shipping cost.

20GP will be highly prefer owing to the container loading weight limination.

Q9:Can I visit your factory?

A9:Of course, you can choose to visit our factory in person, agent or third-party organization
