All sample cost paid by sample received(s) being refundable provided both parties finalize the order/ contract amounted up to USD5,000 within 180 days dated from sample(s) delivered.

4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
It will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express  and

 arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

5. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PDF, CoreDraw, high resolution JPG

6.Do you accept customized design?
Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements.

7. what about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 25 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

8. What are your terms of delivery?
