Synchronous chip sealer is developed by METONG in accordance to international standards. It is widely used in road constructions. It can spray asphalt and aggregate simultaneously and as well spray separately. Road constructed by synchronous chip sealer has the advantages of cost savings, wear resistance and slip avoidance of road surface, and good waterproof ability. The traffic flow is recovered sooner upon completion of any road constructions and it's suitable for construction of different grade roads.
The construction technology of synchronous chip sealer: the good binding capacity of asphalt binder will wrap the aggregate like diamond to ensure that the aggregate will not be lost. The asphalt binder with better fluidity can flow into the original cracks of the pavement smoothly, thus enhancing the waterproof performance of the pavement. After the construction of synchronous seal coat, the wear-resistant rough texture of pavement is formed, which can greatly improve the skid resistance of pavement and improve the formation safety.

9.The width of asphalt spraying width and aggregate spreading width can be adjusted at any time in the process of sprinkling (spreading);
10.The asphalt pump has the function of self absorption and discharge asphalt to improve the working efficiency;
11.There is a standby system. When the main control system does not working, the spraying (spreading) can be carried out manually.
