Q1.What the details informaion do you need for the quotation?
A:Drawing:2D drawing,it marks the most important dimensions and telerance;3D drawing( STEP or IGS or X-T),It is best for us to check its structures and measure its weight.Samples:If you do not have the drawing ,you can send the real samples to us
B:Material: What is the concret material for your product,if you need us to give you our professional suggestions,please tell us the product function and where it will be used for?
C.Quantity: Production:How many quantity do you need for the product? So that can have a general about the moldlife.Delivery mould: of course ,if you only need the mould,please tell me your details for the mould requirements, or we will make quote it according to the HASCO COPY standard.of course,we can also make the DME mold.
D. Surface Treatment: What is the surface treatment for the product? Polish or Texture? It is related to the draft angle of the demoulding.Because there are some product from our customers do not have the draft angle,the product will be scratched.We should give our suggestion according to the product function and surface treatment.
Q2. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack the plastic injection mold in wooden box and pack the sensor cover in pp bags and carton. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: Mold payment : T/T 40% deposite with po, 30% after first trial shot, 30% before shippment;
Part payment : T/T 50% deposit with po, 50% before shippment;
Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU or according to customer's requirement.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q7. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
Q8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
