Specimen Requirement

Samples collected by venous conventional methods, test samples must be collected with a clean container Use fresh specimens. Samples stored at 2-8 ℃ in refrigerator preferably not more than 3 days,

if not tested immediately should be stored at -20 ℃.

Test Procedure

Please read the instructions carefully before detection, do not open the Test Cassette foil pouch until you are ready to perform the test.

1. Keep the test cassette and the specimen back to room temperature to 20-30 ℃. 

2. Open the foil pouch, take out the cassette and put on the table.
3. Add 2 drops sample (about 80-100ul) with a dropper into the sample holes on the cassette. 
4. Read the test results in 15-20 minutes. Do not interpret results after 20 minutes.

Interpretation of Result

Positive: Two red band appears in the test area (T) and the control area (C). 

Negative: Only a red band appears in the control line (C). There is no red band in the test area (T)

Invalid: Quality control area (C) does not appear a red band, indicating faulty operation or reagent failure.
