Q4: How long is your delivery time?
Usually 2-5 days depends on the order quantity, and the final delivery time will be confirmed when the order is placed.
Q5: How to deal with defective items?
We have a one-year warranty from the date of shipment. For any quality problems, we need you to report to us via photos or videos within two months as evidence.
If the quality problem is caused by non-man-made, we will replace the new order for you free of charge.
Q6: What kind of goods do you take?
Express door-to-door service, air and sea transportation are available for you to choose:
1. Generally, we recommend that for small items or those weighing less than 20 kg, they should be sent by express such as DHL / Fedex / UPS / EMS express;
2. For shipments weighing from 20 kg to 500 kg, it can be transported by air to the airport near you;
3. Cargo over 500 kg is sent to the seaport near you by sea.
