Introduction of HEMEI H type layer cage systems
1, Alu-zinc or galvanized (after welding) wire mesh ensures the best anti-rust performance.
2, Improved design of cage and frame structure will provide stable quality and better living condition for chickens.
3, Depending on our close contact with local farmers, we can provide customized product to meet any specific requirement.

Capacity: 8 birds/cell, 4 cell/tier (32 birds/tier), 3-8 tiers/set
Area/bird:450cm²
1, Bottom wire is Alu-zinc wire mesh: Corrosion resistance is 3-4 times of that of ordinary hot galvanized wire mesh.
2, Sliding cage door: It is limited to bending, convenient to operate and easy for taking the chickens in and out;
3, Bottom wire: It has a slope of 8 degree and high elasticity because it is placed above the tension wire. This design can protect the eggs during falling and rolling;
4, Egg protective damper: It prevents the chickens pecking eggs, and avoids chicken manure falling on the trough on bottom layer;
5, Top wire: It is used to prevent the chickens pecking the manure belt. Space above the top wire is big enough for good air circulation.
AUTOMATIC SYSTEM
Hopper feeding system:
1, The main feed line can work automatically. Feed will be dispensed evenly in the feed trough.
2, V-shaped feed trough may avoid “feed left at edge” to prevent the feed from accumulating and mildewing.
3, The magnetic end device can effectively clean the accumulated feed to avoid mildew, ensure birds healthy and save labour.
4, Proven design and stable running can prevent maintenance for the most part.
Automatic egg collecting system：
1, High quality PP egg belt (woven or perforated belt), low extension rate, little contraction or expansion caused by changing temperature.
2, Optional egg saving wire ensures that eggs will roll smoothly to the longitudinal egg belt. Belt moving time and interval can be adjusted as per customer’s requirements.
3, Proven design ensures stable running, maintenance-free and lower broken egg ratio.
4, Transversal egg conveying system can be chosen. All eggs will be delivered to outside of poultry house. This can save labor cost and reduce the contact of workers with birds.
Manure removal system in cage:
1, High efficiency motor ensures the belt transmission stable and reliable.
2, Rubber-coated driving roller and partial rubber-coated tension-roller make sure that manure will be cleared away from belt and no slippery of belt.
3, The manure scraper is a little soft, effectively protects the conveyor belt. Double scraper ensures the cleaning effect of the conveyor belt. PU material, replaceable, with long service life.
4, The two sides of conveyor belt support is a little higher, prevent the manure from spilling out.
5, High precision products can ensure that manure belt will not deviate from the right position.
Manure removal system out of poultry house:
1, Entirely galvanized steel frame can provide better anti-rust performance outside the poultry house.
2, High quality rubber manure belt ensures maintenance-free.
3, Proven design and reliable running prevents the manure from dropping on ground.
Drinking system:
1, Water front kit: It includes Dosatron medicine doser, high quality filter, pressure-control valve, and electronic water meter to record water consumption.
2, Pressure regulator: Water pressure in the drinking line can be adjusted by turning the knob under the regulator. When you want to rinse the drinking line, just turn to “flush” position, then water will be forced through the pipe at high pressure.
3, Drinking line: Layer cage system is equipped with a V-shaped water trough. The nipple drinker is double-sealing, which will ensure no water leakage.
4，Optional alarm system will give an alarm whenever there is no water at the end of drinking line.
5, Water flow-rate of nipple drinker is 40-50ml/min, which can meet the drinking demand of layers at the same tie keep manure dry.
Cooling Pad ：
Cooling pad system is consisted of cooling pad, aluminium frame, pump and accessories. Cooling pad is high water-absorbable, high water-resistance, anti-mildew and long service life.
Ventilation fans ：
High quality ventilation fans ensure effective climate control inside the poultry house. Air flow: ≥43000(m³/h). Hot Galvanized sheet with zinc thickness of 275g/㎡, anti-corrosion.
Smart ventilation control system plays a key role in success of poultry production, broiler or layer. Reliable control of in-house temperature and proper air exchange determines the quality of living conditions of the birds. HEMEI has rich experience in designing ventilation systems.
In hot climate, tunnel ventilation can help to reduce the temperature effectively. In this ventilation mode, fans and cooling pads will work collaboratively to exhaust hot air from the house and bring in fresh air into the house. In cold climate, fans and air inlet will work collaboratively to exchange air at regular intervals.
