Optimum Chip Quality.
Leibao’s Wood Chippers have a disc shaft design that the disc cover is easily moved forwards the base. This provides a very tight
gap between the knife and anvil for excellent chip production with minimal pins and fines.

Chip quality is enhanced by a clear and short path, which the waste wood or whole log is placed from a “funnel” shape of the left side gravity feeding chute to the middle of the knife to the spout for chip. The wood or whole log simply runs a conveyor in and wood chips run a conveyor out. 

The vertical disc Wood Chipper full uses of the wide infeed chute and all of woods run in whole blades to produce a high chip quality. With the knife cutting downward with the wood in a slanted gravity infeed chute, chipping occurs without appreciable movement, greatly improving chip quality.

The feeding chute length on Leibao Wood Chippers allows installation as close to the blade as possible. This optimizes chip
quality by minimizing collision by each other in the chipper disc cutter cover. The shorter the distance of between the feeding chute and
the blades, the better the chip quality.

Also, chips have one perfect flowing exit paths, minimizing the chip damage. The downward or right-side discharge outlet feature further minimizes damage and decreases the generation of fines and pins rather than other upward discharge outlet.
