Install the wheel guard
As shown in Figure 1, first align the bumps on the protective cover with the notches on the front cover, and then rotate 180° in the direction of the arrow, and tighten the fastening screws as shown in the figure.
Power on/off
Remember: Before inserting the plug into the power supply, check that the switch is off.

Install or remove the grinding wheel
Remember: the power plug cannot be inserted into the socket during installation. The maximum peripheral speed of the grinding wheel used is not less than 80m/s.
As shown in Figure 4, install the lower pressure plate on the output shaft, then install the grinding wheel on the lower pressure plate, screw the upper pressure plate to the output shaft, as shown in Figure 5, first press the self-locking button, and tighten the upper pressure plate with a special wrench.
Effective and safe grinding method
Remember: It is forbidden to carry out grinding operations with the protective cover of the grinding wheel removed. When placing the tool, please turn off the power and put the grinding wheel to a complete stop.
Use the correct part of the grinding wheel as shown in Figure 7, otherwise the grinding wheel will be damaged.
A satisfactory result can be obtained by applying a force equivalent to 1/2 of the weight of the tool. Excessive force will cause overload and damage the motor and grinding wheel.
Generally, the grinding position of the grinding wheel or disc is kept within the range of 15°-30° from the surface of the workpiece.
When using a new grinding wheel, please do not move in the direction of B, otherwise the workpiece may be cut off. After the edge of the grinding wheel is rounded, it can be moved in the direction of A and B.
