 3A Molecular Sieve Zeolite :

1, remove water: depending on the regeneration gas pressure, temperature, water content may be. Under normal circumstances, 200 ~ 350 °C dry gas at 0.3 ~ 0.5Kg/cm2 pressure, through the molecular sieve bed for 3 ~ 4 hours, the outlet temperature to 110 ~ 180 °C, cooling.
2. Remove organics: Use water vapor instead of organics, then remove the water.
Storage: Room temperature, relative humidity is not greater than 90% of the indoor: Avoid water, acid, alkali, isolated air, closed storage.

Mainly used for the drying of natural gas and various chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, pharmaceuticals, electronic materials and volatile materials, argon purification, and separation of methane, ethane and propane.

5A Molecular Sieve Zeolite Application:

Mainly used for the separation of n-iso-paraffins, separation of oxygen and nitrogen, drying and refining of chemical, oil and natural gas, ammonia decomposition gas and other industrial gases and liquids.

10A Molecular Sieve Zeolite Application:

It is mainly used for drying and purification of gases, purification of raw material gas for air separation plants (simultaneous removal of H2O and CO2), desulfurization of liquid hydrocarbons and natural gas (removal of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans), and catalyst carrier.

13X Molecular Sieve Zeolite Application

Application: Mainly used for the purification of large and medium air separation plant raw materials (simultaneous removal of H2O and CO2) and some hydrocarbons, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, liquid hydrocarbon drying and desulfurization; commonly used gas drying.
