Koller all DK series ice block machine can make ice block directly without via brine and any other pollution, so it can produce clean ice blocks even for human consumption.

Without salt and other material's corrosion, Koller all DK series ice block machine with longer service life and you need just clean the ice moulds/ice machine regularly. The the fucture maintenance investment is lower.

DK series ice block machine don't need salt water for ice block making, also it won't produce any pollution to the environment

1, The aluminum is lighter than the steel, so we can move the direct cooled ice block machine easily.
2, The direct cooled ice block machine can be designed into containerized type as well, we can pull the ice bed from two side.
3. The ice block eight we can do 10kg, 20kg, 25kg, 50kg per pcs on our direct ice block machine. The ice making time is decided by the ice block thickness, we can all design some aluminum bars in the ice moulds to make ice blocks faster.

Base on 50kg/pcs ice block weight, our DK200, 20,000kg/day ice block machine design:
Ice block size is 570*150*700mm
Ice block making time: 12 hours/batch, including time on water filling, ice block making, ice block waiting, ice block harvest.
Ice moulds amount: 135 pcs ice blocks/batch, so it can produce 2 batches/day, totally 270 PCS of ice blocks.

Payment Installation
Payment 100% by T/T: 50% deposit and 50% balance to be paid before delivery
Installation: For DK200 ice block machine, we can provide you 20 ton/day free installation service, only need you afford the tickets, foods, accommodation
