Haiyan Huada Ink Chemical Co., Ltd. is a professional offset ink manufacturer in China with the annual production capacity exceeding 3,000 metric tons.
Our environment-friendly plant is located in the Liuli Industrial Park of Haiyan County, 100km away from Shanghai Seaport and Ningbo Seaport and occupies an area of 12,000 square meters. Huada Ink has developed technology for backward integration into producing flushed colors, pigment, resin and additive, which are the key raw materials for ink.

HD-F series INK is fast setting and with good printing stability.

This product offers high quality printing,excellent gloss,fast setting, it can be able  to print  fine pictorial, magazines,  specification, label  and  decorative packet on coated art paper, non-glossy  paper, art paper and light coated paper.

High printing velocity, high color concentration, and good dot reproduction.

Good liquidity. The ink owns a wide range of adaptation for temperature and humidity.

Outstanding balance between water and ink.

Balanced feature, both good on coated or uncoated paper.

Innocuous, odor free, low content of arom-hydrocarbon.                       

Technical Criteria

 1. Tack: Valued at 400 rpm by ink-o-meter. 2. Fluidity: Parallel plate viscometer, 0.1ml, 15mins.

  3. Set time: 200g coated paper. 4. Drying time: humidity 65%; 25°C.
