Colour: pale yellow with a fine and elegant perlage
Aroma: fruity, flowery notes
Flavour: pleasantly dry, fresh and fragrant
Pairings: Excellent as an appetizer, with fish and vegetable starters, and with seafood and oven-cooked fish main courses.
