1. In SJ series extruders, the feeder and dryer are used to measure the feed, the heating ring is used for vacuum heating and heating, the three-phase high-power fan is used for cooling and PLC is used for electronic control components. Computer control or conventional control is optional.
2.According to customer's requirements, most reasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality.The screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller, extruding property can be highly harmonized.It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screws with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.The distribution box is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure.
3.The involute gear driving is characterized by low noise,stable in working ,big bearing capacity and long service life.DM screw can made by client's desire.This machine is advanced in design,high in output,good in plasticization and low in energy consumption.
4.Suitable material: PLA, ABS, PETG, PET, PC, PA, PE/PP, PCL, PEI, PVA, PEEK, Soft/Transparent PVC, HIPS, PU, TPE, EVA, ETC.
