Preheat the oven to 425.
Cut one lemon into 8 slices. Put the slices on the baking sheet, covered with cooking spray.
Place one fillet on top of each pair of lemon slices. Combine salt, paprika, and pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the fillets.
Bake for 13 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil.
Serve with a side of steamed vegetables and rice.
