This building was build in one resort, there is a fishing pond next to the chalet, equipped with an organic vegetable growing shed, which can provide organic vegetable picking. With four rooms for the visitor, it can be party and barbecue for any time.
Our Wood
All the timber we use are imported from Canada and Russia. Superior Russia pine wood, SPF and spruce have been applied into manufacturing our prefab wooden houses to ensure its stability and durability. Besides, all the imported timber has been through hot treatment to enhance its lifetime and performance by reducing the influence of temperature difference on timber.
All of our materials are imported, and in order to supply the best house for our clients, we only choose top grade SPF, Russian Pine and Douglas fir for our clients, that is basic condition before productions for cheap wood house
Then we choose qualified materials from them with strictly standard, the usage rate is about 70%, although that makes our profit lower, but it gives clients best products than ever.
Moisture content of our material is 12%-15%.
Step 1.
According to the size and function or sketching from our customers, we will make simple floor plan.
Step 2.
After confirming,We will design house shape based for your preference.
Step 3.
The 3D drawing will be finally made after several modification.
Step 4.
The PI will be signed when final drawing is confirmed, consequently the production will be started.
Step 5.
We will set up the wooden house to make sure the house is fully completed before the exporting.
Step 6.
We will stick the label on each of the timber which will help customers assemble the house according to the installation manual.

A4: yes, we can. The sample will be cost 1.5 times of its original price but the extra cost will be refund you once you place the order.

A5: For the painting, our customers usually purchase it on thelocal market because of the difficulty of custom clearance.
Q6: Can you produce the wooden house according to our own design?
A6: yes, of course. We can farbicated according to your drawings.
Q7: what's your payment terms and trade terms?
A7: 30%T/T deposit before production, the balance 70% against the copy of B/L. FOB /CIF/CNF Price or other request.
