Raw material- steel tube shall be test the size & thickness after arrived at the workshop.
Cutting- CNC machine cut tubes to the right size in accordance with the shop drawings.
Spot welding- positioning the cone& blanking plate on the steel tubes.
Size inspection- the total length shall be checked after spot welding.
Auto welding- full weld the cone and steel tube.
VT&UT test shall be done to ensure the quality of welding before surface treatment.
Center locating hole drilling
Drilling holes in accordance with the shop drawing
Check the position of all holes according to the shop drawings
