Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A1: We are factory in China with 350 workers in total.
Q2: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A2:Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q3: How about the Shipping Method?
A3: DHL/UPS/TNT/Fedex and other air shipments and sea shipments are all workable. In one words, we could do any shipments you wanted.
Q4: How about the delivery date?
A4: In General, the delivery date will be 3-5 working days for normal buy quantity. But if bigger order, please check us further.
Q5: How about the label and the logo?
A5: Customize label and logo is workable.
Q6: What is your packing?
A6: Our packing is 20-25kg for one carton,36 or 48pcs cartons for one pallet. One pallets is about 900-960kg, We also can make customer’s logo on the cartons. Or we customized cartons according to customers’ requestment.
Q7: What is your payment term ?
