It is composed of four parts: test host, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system and test instruments. The maximum test force is 1000KN and the accuracy of the testing machine is better than grade 1.
Hydraulic universal testing machine with microcomputer screen display can meet the standard test requirements of the national regulations on metal tensile test, and can also realize the tensile, compression, bending, shear and other types of tests on different materials or products according to other standards, and can obtain the tensile strength, yield strength and other performance indexes of the tested materials.
The testing machine is a six column, double space structure. The tensile space is between the upper beam and the lower beam, and the compression space is between the lower beam and the test bench. The test space is adjusted automatically by driving the lower beam to move up and down through the rotation of sprocket and lead screw. The upper and lower crossbeams are equipped with hydraulically controlled clamping jaws. The standard machine is equipped with V-shaped and plane type jaws for clamping cylindrical samples and plate samples for tensile test. The bottom end of the lower crossbeam of the standard machine is equipped with an upper pressing plate, and the test bench is equipped with a lower pressing plate with a spherical structure, which can be used for direct compression test.
