FAQ
Q: Why your products’ unit price is higher than others?
DYH: In the plastic parts, we have been using some different plastic materials. Because different part have different function, we have to use different materials to make sure the feature of parts. Also, let you know, some of brands only use one materials which make a big difference between materials and mold costs; In spring part, here have a big difference on costs among carbon steel spring and stainless steel spring.
Q: Can we assembly cables into your cable reels by self?
DYH: Can’t. Because we have to use specific craft and professional tools to weld and install spring.
Q: Is your cable reels possible to realize if assembly entire cable without cut?
DYH: Impossible. We need to connect the fixed end and retractable end by shrapnel and copper circles or slip ring, so we have to cut the original entire cables.
Q: What’s the standard of cable reels?
DYH: a. retractable lifespan; b. positioning part’s lifespan; c. electrical indicators: current, voltage, the heat level of cables, the instant voltage and instant current of shrapnel and copper circles; d. The standard of 3C, UL,CE etc.
Q: If use our thinner/smaller cables, is it possible to assembly longer cable with your exist mold?
DYH: Can’t. Because the retractable length is not only related to the diameter of cables and soft degree, but also related to the spring’s length and space of cables. If the spring’s length is limited and no enough space for cables, the retractable length is limited too.
Q:How to control the quality and lead time?
DYH: We are manufacturer with own factory. We can control the quality and production lead time directly. Based on 16 years experiences,there are seldom delay delivery(except some unavoidable reasons). And almost all customers give us very good feedback.
Q: How about your after-sale service?
DYH: Any damaged pieces(if caused by our side) when you receive, we can replace it with free new one, or refund. If any damaged during your using(more than 1 year), we can free teach you how to repair it.
Q: Are you manufacturer?
DYH: Yes. Till 2021, we have our own three factories for our products ,and export this kind of products to the world directly.
Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM?
DYH: Yes,we can make OEM & ODM .For your own design,please kindly give us the drawings with details or samples.
Q: Can I get sample to test before bulk orders?
DYH: Sure,it's ok. We can send samples for you to test before production.
Q: What's the MOQ?
DYH: Usually the MOQ is 1000 pcs, color is alternative
Q: How's your shipments?
DYH: Usually, we ship out small pieces by air express, and ship out bulk pieces by sea shipment.
