Ac asynchronous motor under the rated voltage starting, the initial starting current is big, often much more than the rated current (usually 5 ~ 7 times). In order to reduce the starting current, not to affect the grid, AC asynchronous motors are usually started by lowering the voltage. The common method of voltage reduction is to use reactor or self - root transformerThe starting process of AC motor is very short (usually several seconds to two minutes).After starting, the step-down inductor or the self-coupling transformer will be removed.The product is designed according to the starting characteristics of high voltage asynchronous motor, andmatching the power of the motor 220~ 14000KW.
Features
1.The core of QKSC dry core starting inductor is made of high quality imported silicon steel sheet, and the core column is divided into uniform small sections through multiple air gaps. The air gaps are isolated by epoxy plate and high temperature and high strength adhesive to ensure that the air gap does not change during the operation of the inductor
2.The end face of the iron core is made of high quality silicon steel sheet adhesive, so that the silicon steel sheet is firmly combined together, which greatly reduces the noise in operation and has good corrosion resistance
3.The main insulation of the coil is made of glass fiber impregnation with epoxy resin. After hot drying and curing, the coil is dipped in high-temperature insulating paint under vacuum. The coil has good insulation performance and high mechanical strength, and can withstand the impact of large current and cold and hot shock when the motor starts without cracking
Use environmental conditions
1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters;
2. Operating environment temperature -25 ~ 45(℃), relative humidity does not exceed 90%;
3. No harmful gases, inflammable and explosive goods around;
4. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If the series inductor is installed in the cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed
