2. Can i Get samples?
Of course, we usually provide samples to customers. however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sampls charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.
3. How long is the lead time of the samples?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.
If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. JPG, AI,CDR or PDF are all ok.
We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
6. How many colors are available?
PSM colors. Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.
7.What is your payment term?
