1.Main feed line system
This system is used to delivery feed from silo to the hopper in the poultry house.
Silo material : hot galvanized steel 275g/M2 and Glass fiber reinforced plastic.
2.Automatic pan feeding system
This system convey feed through the rotation of helical spring auger, including main feed line and pan feeding line.
1) Driving Motor: Taiwan motor with overload protection of IP55 grade, Power: 0.75KW, Voltage:380V, Frequency:50HZ
2) Feed hopper: Bin volume 115L,200L. Material: 1mm hop-dip galvanized sheet
3) Pan feeding system : Conveying pipe: 4-pan/3m, 3-pan/3m. d=φ 45mm. Material:1.2mm hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, the zinc coating amount is more than 275g/m2 .
Spring auger: imported from south Africa. Feeding ability: 400kg/h
4) Feed sensor: Imported from Germany
Feed pan type: conventional feed pan, outside adjustment feed pan, 5-grid feed pan.
3.Automatic nipple drinking line system
1. Front part of drinking system: It’s main function to adjust water supplying pressure and Stabilizing drinking volume.
2. Doser: Can add medicine into drinking system automatically.
3. Nipples for the system: Valve rod is movable in 360degree.
Nipple type: 12nipple/3m,15nipple/3m
4. Pressure regulator & Water display level tube
Water pressure regulator is an extremely important part of the watering system, as they allow to control the amount of pressure in the water line.Whether the pressure is too high or too low, regulators can regulate and stabilize the pressure to make sure the proper amount of water in the pipe at any given time.
4.Environment controller
A variety of environment controllers are customized from Israel ,it can reach a most advanced control level in poultry house control.
