Post tension Prestressed Hydraulic Stressing 500 Tons Hollow Jack
Model YDC B Series light-weighting core-through Jack is a new model jack that has been developed based on the old Model YDC Core-through Jack. With advanced sealing element and developed structure of cylinder, the new model YDC has been shortened and belittled, which makes it lightweight. With no change of main technology parameters such as nominal oil-pressure, tension distance and etc. this kind of jack is featured by compact construction, premium properties of seal, lightweight, small size, convenient operation and etc. This model jack can be widely used in construction of pre-pressure concrete structure, bridge, hydropower station, highway, high building, anchorage of rock mass.
Compared with old kind of jacks, this one has been made some improved:
A. Disposing of the former sealing structures adopting Y1 sealing ring of polyurethane and oil –resistant rubber ring, change with a new type sealing part, each set consists of a O ring and a compound material ring of F4 bronze, its grind--resistant performance being over 1700 times of the former, thus magnificently enhancing its service life.
B. As per self—improving strength through high pressure, exert pre-stress at the wall of oil cylinder so as to decrease outside diameter and wall thickness. The oil cylinder and the rear sealing plate form a united part through a special procedure, largely decreasing the axial length of the jack, the length of reserved steel strand may be shortened, and the jack becomes more flexible. Under the conditions of unchanged of oil pressure and tension stroke the weight of each set of jack is, 30% to 45% lighter than that of the ordinary jack with same tons, the proposition of weight to output is 0.6:1.
C. The dust –-proof ring adopts a special series of CKd type, not only with the dust—proof function, but also with the function of supplementary scaling.
D. The lift ring adopts a complete new structure, which may realize vertical lift front pull, rear pull, and manual lift.
YDC Light-weighting Core-through Jack has many specifications of 600 kN, 1000kN, 1500 kN, 2000 kN, 2500 kN, 3000 kN, 4000 kN and 5000kN etc. Its standard stroke is 200 mm, and may be adjusted as per requirements of the clients. Its technical parameter is shown in the following table.
