1.Q:Where is your company located?
A: Our factory is located in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China.
2.Q: Which product are your pump used in?
A: Used in small appliances, medical massage instruments, medical atomizers, air mattresses, air waves, massage chairs, legs machine,sweet atmosphere machine,
display cabinets, hot demolished wind machine, aquarium and other products. Please pay more attention who used for aquarium products: the pump feet can reduce the shock absorption,but can't support the entire pump body,we can make a new mold to produce the support pump foot as customer requirement for bulk production.
3.Q:What's the working environment?
A:This product needs to work at a stable voltage, if customer needs to work under fluctuating voltage, please contact customer server and tell the detailed requirements of the product, we can make samples as your request, after it is confirmed,then produce mass production.
4.Q:What's the forbidden working condition?
A:The product is forbidden to sun exposuring and working in very wet environment.
5.Q:Do the pump have the anti-off floor and plug?
A:Samples without them,we can add the anti-off floor and plug for your production order.
6.Q:What's the difference between AMP60 and AMP50?
A:All parameters are the larger,the noise of AMP60 is 3-5dB more than AMP50.The pressure is 5kpa bigger,and the flow is also more than 35L/min.
7.Q:What's kind of shipping methods for shipment?
A:We are big customer of Fedex,we usually ship samples via it.We can ship production as customer requirement such as Fedex, by sea or shipping agent.
