Q 1.Can I get free Sample ?

A: Yes, of couse you can.
A sample is important to test our quality ,below is our Sample flow for your reference.
1) Stock sample, which is same as the products you inquired in our store,it take one day. We hope to get your reciever' information and your collection Account .

2)Hand-made sample in your required size but no printing, it will take 3 days. We will send you sample PI and the fee is about 17usd.
3)The sample as your requirement, but the mould and printing film will be paid by buyer. It will take one week .
All charges included moulf fee ,printing fee, material fee will be quoted for you as required.

Q 2.May I do OEM bags?

A: Yes, we can do OEM bags for you, including material, thickness of the material, size, color of the bags, zip or button closure, handle/ string ,even your required printing.

Q 3. What is the bag's prIce?

A: The bag's price depends on the bag's type, size, quantity, material, material thickness, printing.

Q 4. What is the mini order?

A: The MOQ of PVC, EVA, TPU material products is 1,000 pieces,if you order more than 10,000 pcs, the mold fee can be return.

Q 5: What is your regular lead time after the receipt of customer’s Purchase Order?

A: For sample lead time: 3-7days,

For production lead time: 15-25 days after pre-sample approval and depend on your quantity for final negotiate and confirmation

Q 6 :How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment. 

Q 7:How do you check all the goods in the production line?

A: We  control the quantity from raw material to final delivery ,and we have QC for every process to check the goods before they go for next step .this also help us improve the line yield .
