Features:
1.Conveyor belt splice press for hot work is made of aluminum alloy, small volume and light weight, three-phase source of power supply. The temperature of the heating plate is uniform. Water press system can supply stable press.
2. Equipped with auto electric control, easy to operate.

Heating time (room temperature to 145 °C) is not more than 30 mins;

Application
Conveyor belt splice press for hot work is suitable for the jointing in these fields: metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mining, power plant, ports, docks. The surface of the jointing is smooth, and it can reduce the abrasive and make the conveyor belt to work for a long time.
Usage
Using conveyor belt splice press for hot work,to join or repair a steel cord belt by hot splicing, the following materials are required: steel cord belt cover stock, steel cord tie gum (Intermediate Rubber) and Hot Vulcanization Cement.
