Single speed wire rope electric hoist (CD 1) is small-sized lifting equipment, which can be mounted on single beam, overhead, gantry and jib cranes, with slight modification; it can also be used as a winch. It is widely used in factories, warehoused, cargo store areas and shops. It is essential equipment in raising working efficiency and improving working conditions.

Details Advantages:
(1)Motor: Motors are equipped which has safety limiter in both up and down directions. And the motor is Conic rotor brake motor, in order to adapt to the frequent direct start in the intermittent work.
(2)Reducers: Its reducers with hard gear surface and adopt 3 level helical gears to slow down the speed, so it will have long life and high mechanical efficiency.
(3)Rope Guide: Rope Guide is in two halves, ensuring easy accessibility. It encircles the Drum completely so that the rope may not uncoil even when the Hoist is in unloaded condition. The rope guides of our company is thickened and dilated, so that it is not easy to be damaged.
(4)Hook: The hook is closed type with high safety; it wrought with special high quality steel.
(5)Electrical equipment:The electrical mechanism consists of electric control box, limiter, button switch, connecting wire etc.According to the marked direction on the button switch, press the button correctly and control the hoist through the on-and-off of the relay in the control box. The operating voltage is usually 36V.
(6)Rope Drum: The rope drum is machined & grooved accurately, to ensure proper seating of wire rope in a proper layer. The drum is fitted with two heavy duty Ball / Roller bearings for smooth operation & longer life.
(7)Remote control:Taiwan Yuding or world famous brand,24V control voltage safety,not less than 100 meters Remote distance,not less than 500,000 times Operation,Easy to control, no additional driver necessary, to operate more freely on the ground.
