Q: How Long does it take to build a container house/ prefab house?
A: It depends on the size of the house. Generally, the construction period of is a 1 container house by a construction team of 5-6 people.
It only costs one day to build the steel structure frame, a team of 6 skilled workers can install 120 square meters per day in the condition of finished house foundations.
Q: What about the house reaches its life span?
A: The house will be no longer sultable for living when It reaches the lifes pan, it's suggested to be recycled to steel plant.
Q: How to lengthen the house life span?
A: It is effective to paint annually for lengthening the house’s life span.
