TGP400 Popping boba depositing making machine line adopts PLC control system and with fully automatic design.
2.The Sodium alginate liquid(or you can call it solidification liquid, the main ingredients are water and Sodium alginate, it is used to forming the outer of popping boba);
The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and it is fully comply with the food sanitation standards. Boba that made by this machine is in beautiful round shape, bright color and with very few waste material.
Popping boba can be used in bubble tea, ice cream, cake decoration and egg tart filling, and etc.
The machine in this line is including cooking machine, cooling machine, forming machine, transport pump and pipe, filter,
etc.
Note:there are three liquid in this system:
1.The fruit juice (the main ingredients are water, glucose syrup,calcicum lactate, white granulated sugar, Guar gum, xanthan gum, concentrated juice, Citric acid, and etc.. It is used to be the inner of popping boba);
3.The Protection liquid(the main ingredients are water,fructose,and etc. It used to protect the popping boba in the packing box).
The Popping Boba Forming and Convey System
The system is mainly composed of sodium alginate liquid transport tray and buffer plate.
When the juice drops into the sodium alginate liquid, it will automatically form a spherical shape. At this time, the popping boba cannot be filtered out immediately. It also needs to be immersed in the sodium alginate liquid, so that the filtered popping boba will not be easily broken.
The popping boba are filtered out from the sodium alginate liquid for filling and sterilization. the Sodium alginate liquid continues to be recycled.

This tank is used to reduce the temperature of the liquid after cooking and storage.Connection cold water pipe.The purpose is to make the liquid temperature uniformity, and also you can put the Essence or pigment in it.

3. Packing:
a. Inside the machine put desiccant
b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine,Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap
c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel
4. Container: according to different products for reinforcement.
