A: Actually, grade is the way that Chinese value their hair. We sell Vietnamese hair so we just have single, double and super double drawn hair and all of them are best quality. Let me show you some pics to see the difference..

2. Does your hair have a lot of short hairs?

A: It depends on the quality you choose. If you choose super double drawn hair, the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles is very alittle, so you can see the end of the hair is very full 

3. What is single drawn, double drawn and super double drawn hair?

A: They're all our qualities and the difference among them is the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles. Single drawn hair has thin end because the amount of short hair mixed inside is the most but super double drawn has very thick end almost same length.

4. Tell me more details about tape hair?

A: The tape size is 0.8x4cm, and its weight 2.5 grams/pc. We can do longer tape hair if you want, for example 0.8cm x 8cm

Normally, we have 40 pcs tape/100 grams, but it also depends on the length of hair.

5. Do you do 0.5 gram tips hair?

A: We have 3 kinds of keratin hair. 0.5gr/pc, 0.8g/pc and 1 gr/pc

For pre-bonded hair we offer U tip, V tip, flat tip, I tip. Both of them using Italian keratin, strong and long last on your hair.

6. What is your wave or curl pattern process? Is it heavily chemically processed, lightly chemically processed or steamed processed?

A: All curly hair is made by hot steam. We don't use any chemical at all.

For wavy we have both natural wavy and hot steam wavy. Let me show you some pictures.

7. Is it cuticle aligned? Are the hair cuticles removed?

A: The hair still keeps all cuticles so it's strong and not easy to be damaged

8. What's the size you have?

A: We have 6- 32 inches, sometime we also have 34-40 inches but limited quantity?

9. Is it 100% no mixed donors no fillers synthetic fibers animal hairs?

A: Sure, It's 100% human hair like our natural hair.
